Saturday we accepted a good offer on the condo...contingent on her selling her home but its an offer within our expected range.

Sunday we went to my brother's house for a cookout with some of his friends. Good people--we had a great time.
Today we relaxed in the A/C to get ready for the week. Suz was, of course, off work today-I wasn't so lucky.
We countered it for a slightly higher price-I fully expect to have it approved.
We had an elderly woman look at our condo as a perspective buyer Tuesday. It'd be PERFECT for her in all ways. Let's hope she puts in an offer-even contingent.

ATLANTA The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new virulent strain of Sexually Transmitted Disease. The disease is contracted through dangerous and high-risk behavior. The disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim and pronounced "gonna re-elect him." Many victims contracted it in 2004, after having been screwed for the past four years.
Cognitive characteristics of individuals infected include:
antisocial personality disorders, delusions of grandeur with messianic overtones, extreme cognitive dissonance, inability to incorporate new

Suz started stripping and scraping old paint in the bathroom Thursday night...
By Saturday night (and $400 later) we had a new bathroom. GREAT New paint job. New lighting fixture. My wife did one hell of a job on it.
10 more couples came through Sunday in the Open House. People seem to be stuck on wanting an additional 1/2 bathroom-I don't get it. For 1 or 2 people living in a 2 bedroom condo, 1 bathroom isn't enough????
Well...I think I blew the power supply to my laptop....the cable from the laptop to the adapter gets warm but nothing on the other side. *sigh*
Update: New power supply from Circuit City works..all is well.
It's sunny, 75 degrees and I'm almost 37 years old....scary combo.
This weekend Suz is renovating the bathroom and I'm further decluttering the Family Room, taking down & boxing the Celebrity Autograph and African Mask Collections.
Suz picked up a neat looking new light fixture for the bathroom. Very modern looking. This should be an interesting venture-our first attempt at home-spun renovation.
She's doing most, if not all of it when I'm at work Friday. I'm no good at painting anyways and I sure as hell don't play with bare active wires. Nooo...Petey + electricity=bad combo.
Well we lost the house in Henrietta. The sellers got a non-contingent offer and sold it out from under us. We're looking at another house but MUST sell the condo first.
