Health Update

Had my exam and an Echocardiogram (EKG) today. Passed with flying colors. EKG actually looked better than one done 2 years ago.

My days of binging on Caffeine are over. If that doesn't help after 3-5 days then I get prescribed Beta Blockers.

I do feel a lot calmer about the whole thing
